Our skilled nursing staff provides assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and ambulation, all under professional supervision. In addition, our certified home health aides offer vital support to patients and families, assisting with a variety of tasks from personal care to basic health needs.

Patients experiencing impaired physical function due to injury, disability, disease, or chronic medical conditions may greatly benefit from physical therapy. This therapeutic approach has been proven to enhance mobility, movement, and balance, thereby aiding in fall prevention. Additionally, physical therapy can improve pain management, reduce reliance on opioids, minimize the need for surgery, and assist in recovery from injury, trauma, stroke, or paralysis.

The focus of occupational therapy is improving patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (iADLs). ADLs are activities that are oriented towards taking care of one’s body such as bathing, showering, dressing, feeding, and functional mobility. IADLs are activities that support one’s daily life and are often more complex than ADLs. IADLs include driving, meal preparation, home management, and health management, among others.

Our speech therapists are dedicated to helping patients regain their speech abilities and enhance cognitive communication skills affected by illnesses or accidents. Each patient will undergo an initial assessment to identify their specific needs and required treatments.

Following the assessment, our therapists will guide clients through tailored speech therapy exercises, including problem-solving, memory and organization skills, conversational tactics to improve social interactions, and exercises to strengthen oral muscles.

Our social workers offer essential medical social services to address the social and emotional factors associated with illness and injury. They are here to assist and educate you and your loved ones about financial and social resources available to help cover home health care services and enhance in-home care.

Upon enrollment with us, our social workers will conduct an evaluation of the home to ensure patient safety. They will also monitor for potential elder abuse or neglect throughout the duration of our services.
